Whack Your Ex is a point-and-click cartoon game built around an argument between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend. There is no traditional story campaign, dialogue system, or sequence of levels. Instead, both characters stand in the same scene while a collection of clickable objects appears around them. Selecting an object starts a short animated sequence in which one character uses it against the other. The objective is to discover all of the available interactions rather than reach a final boss or complete missions.

The Two Sides

The game gives both characters their own set of actions. Some objects are associated with the boyfriend, while others belong to the girlfriend, so players can watch situations where either side takes revenge. After an animation finishes, the scene resets and another object can be selected. There is no health bar, score, timer, inventory, or movement system, which keeps the gameplay focused entirely on choosing items and seeing the resulting scenes.

Objects and Animations

Different selections lead to different cartoon outcomes. Available interactions include:

·         a laptop used as part of an attack;

·         a brick-related sequence;

·         a car scene involving the ex-boyfriend;

·         gift boxes that trigger different surprises;

·         shoes and high heels;

·         a plane sequence;

·         boxing gloves;

·         other objects that activate separate animations.

Each item has its own scripted result, so progression comes from checking the available choices one by one. Some versions also contain additional animations beyond those included in the earlier game.

How to Play

Controls are limited to clicking or tapping. The player examines the objects around or beneath the two characters, selects one, and watches the complete animation before returning to the main scene. Because there are no timing challenges or movement controls, the main task is simply finding every interactive option.

Whack Your Ex does not use conventional stages or character progression. Completing the game effectively means viewing all of the available scenes for both the boyfriend and girlfriend. Players can repeat previously discovered animations or continue selecting unused objects until every possible interaction has been found.
